Shipping:
Domestic Shipping:
We offer courier services throughout South Africa for a flat rate of R100.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. delivery can take between 3 and 5 days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.
In-store Collection:
We also provide the option for in-store collection if you prefer to pick up your order personally.
In-store collection is free of charge.
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
Returns:
General Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than beauty and makeup products being used, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the cost of the product(s) to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Returns for Beauty and Makeup Products:
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on beauty and makeup products if they have been used or opened.
If you receive a damaged or defective beauty or makeup product, please contact our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Note:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
